These terms cover use of this website and enquiries about Holistic Living workshops. They should be read with the privacy policy, disclaimer, and cancellation page. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate.

The website
This website describes educational workshops and a written gratitude practice led by Sampath Kumar. You may read the pages for personal information. You may not copy the site design, text, or images for your own commercial site, and you may not misuse the contact form.
An enquiry is not a seat
Sending the form, a WhatsApp message, or an email does not reserve a place. A place exists only when we confirm it in writing, including the date, format, and any fee.
Fees
This website does not take payment. If a programme has a fee, the amount and the refund terms will be stated in writing before you pay. Do not transfer money because of a message that does not match that written note.
Your messages
You agree that the details you submit are accurate, and that you have a right to share them. Do not send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
Intellectual property
Workshop text on this site is used to describe Holistic Living programs. The Ultimate Gratitude Journal is copyright Sampath Kumar and is not published in full here. Photographs prepared for announcements remain the property of their rights holders.
Availability
We may change a page, a date, or the form without notice. We do not promise that the site or the email form will be available at every moment.
Liability
The pages are educational. To the extent the law allows, Holistic Living and Sampath Kumar are not liable for decisions you make after reading the site, or for a loss caused by a failed email, a changed session time, or a third-party email provider.
