Mental Mastery

A live personal-development workshop with Sampath Kumar. Ask about the next available date — online or in person.

Fee, format, and schedule are confirmed in writing when you enquire. This website does not take payment and does not publish a fixed calendar.

What the workshop is

Neuro-linguistic programming is presented here as a practical way to understand how mind, language, and patterns work together. Holistic living, in the same materials, means looking at body, mind, emotions, relationships, and work as one life rather than separate problems.

The chain used in the brochure is simple: inner thoughts, then emotions, then actions, then results.

What the agenda covers

  1. Noticing negative thoughts and working with them
  2. Practices intended to calm anxiety and stress
  3. Emotional mastery: relating to emotions with more skill
  4. Interrupting overthinking
  5. Recognising limiting beliefs
  6. Building a growth mindset
  7. Setting clearer goals and an action plan
  8. Clearer communication in relationships
  9. Self-confidence and inner peace as practice, not a promise
  10. A daily routine for continuing the work
