Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling
This page says what the current materials support. Where a fee is not written down, this site does not invent a refund window.

Free sessions
If a session is offered at no charge, you may tell us you are not coming by phone, WhatsApp, or email. No refund arises because no money is taken.
If a session has a fee
- The fee, what it covers, and the last time you can cancel for a refund will be written in the enrolment note before you pay.
- Do not pay until you have that note.
- A payment made without that note should be queried with us immediately using the contact icons on this site.
- This website has no checkout and does not store card numbers.
If we change or cancel a session
Live sessions can move. If you are registered, we will try to reach you by the phone, WhatsApp, or email you gave us. If we cancel a session you have paid for, the enrolment note will say whether the fee is returned or kept for another date you accept. Until that note exists, no paid offer is open on this site.
The journal
The gratitude journal has no public price in the project files. If a copy is supplied for a fee later, the refund rule will be in the same written note as the price. A digital file that has already been sent may not be returnable. That will be stated before you pay, not assumed here.
