Privacy policy
This notice explains what the Holistic Living website does with information you send. It is written for this site’s enquiry form. It is not a certificate of legal compliance, and a qualified adviser should review it before you treat it as formal legal advice.

Who this notice is about
Holistic Living workshops are led by Sampath Kumar. Contact is through the enquiry form and the call, WhatsApp, and email icons on this website. A registered company name, GST number, and postal address for the operator were not in the project materials, so they are not stated here.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The enquiry type you choose and the message you write
- The time of submission
- Your IP address and browser description, used to limit spam
If you call, WhatsApp, or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send by that channel.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to you, to keep a record of the conversation, and to reduce abusive or repeated submissions. We do not sell enquiry data. We do not use it for an unrelated marketing list unless you ask to hear about a workshop.
Email delivery
The form is handled on the server. A notification is sent to the operator’s configured mailbox. Your email address is placed in the Reply-To field so a person can answer you. Credentials for that account stay in server environment variables and are not placed in the website pages.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and for ordinary records of workshops and conversations. You can ask us to delete an enquiry using the email icon on the Contact page. We may retain a copy if we need it for a dispute, a legal duty, or to show what was agreed about a session.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not embed a third-party analytics product. The spam limit is stored in the server’s memory for the life of the application process. It is not a cookie on your device.
Sharing
We share enquiry details with the people who answer Holistic Living messages, and with the email provider that delivers them. We may also share them if the law requires it.
Children
The workshops may be relevant to students. Please do not send a child’s personal details through the form unless you are the parent or guardian and the message is about a session for them.
Your requests
You may ask what enquiry information we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, using the email or call icon on the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time. This page does not claim a particular statutory timeline.
Security
The live site should be served over HTTPS. No method of sending email is perfectly secure. Please do not put passwords, payment card numbers, or medical records in the form.
